Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your order has been dispatched from thedeserttrader.com HQ.

You may return any garment to us within seven working days of receiving it and we will refund the cost of the garment in full.    The garment must be returned unworn - other than tried on - complete with all tickets and hang tags and in the same condition in which you received it.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

These Terms & Conditions explain the rights that we extend to you, which are in addition to your statutory rights.   They also explain your obligations to us, which do not attempt to diminish your statutory rights.

thedeserttrader.com is a wholly owned subsidiary of Halpin Style Limited.   Registered in The United Kingdom, registered number: 5841990.  Registered Office: 9 - 10 Salter Street, Stafford, ST16 2JU.   VAT registered number 100 3644 30.

We only accept orders placed on our web site.   We are unable to accept orders by phone, fax or mail.

To place an order on this site you must be at least 18 years of age.

We are under no obligation to accept any order.

The price shown for all merchandise featured on this web site is Pounds Sterling.

A charge will be made for postage & packing.   Our charges are shown at the top of the page.

The price of all merchandise delivered to an address within the EEC is inclusive of VAT.  The price of all merchandise delivered to an address outside the EEC is exclusive of VAT but includes the additional costs of shipping.

Merchandise delivered outside of the EEC may be subject to import duty or tax.  Any additional charges of this nature must be paid directly by you.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order immediately by email.

We confirm your order at the time of dispatch.   There is no contract between us until the merchandise has been dispatched.

Our aim is to deliver the merchandise to you within 7 days to UK addresses, but this is not guaranteed and we cannot accept any claim for damages or consequential loss for any merchandise delivered outside of this timeframe.   Please allow for a delay if a Bank Holiday occurs within seven days of your order being placed.   Delivery times for other locations are shown at the top of the page.

The merchandise remains the property of  thedeserttrader.com until payment has been received in full.

To fulfil your order, we have to ask you to input personal data into our system.  We assure you that this data will be kept secure.   We will use your email address to keep you informed about the status of your order.   We will also use your email address to keep you informed about new product and special offers which we think will be of interest to you.   You can un-subscribe from this service at any time simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link which is a feature of every non-order related email that we send to you. All credit/debit card transactions are processed electronically through HSBC or Google in a secure environment.

You have the right to cancel your order and return the merchandise within seven working days of delivery and receive a full refund. The cost of return however must be borne by you.   Before returning the merchandise, please email us at sales@thedeserttrader.com and we will email you details of the returns procedure and the address that returns should be sent to.    For your own protection, we urge you to return the merchandise by a service that provides you with proof of delivery.

In the rare event of you needing to return merchandise for any other reason, please email us at sales@thedeserttrader.com  and we will arrange for the merchandise to be returned at our expense.    For your own protection, we urge you to return the merchandise by a service that provides you with proof of delivery.    In the event of the complaint being upheld we will refund in full.
