Which countries will you ship to?
We will ship anywhere in the World, as long as your payment clears. We have served over fifty-five countries around the World, from Australia to Vietnam and from The Russian Federation to the USA.
     

Is the postage & packing charge per garment or per order?
It is per order.   Most of our orders are for multiple garments, so this represents very good value for money.     For details of our postage & packing charges and delivery times see our terms & conditions.
     

How secure is your credit / debit card procedure?
There is none more secure.   You can choose to pay via HSBC, one of the World's leading and most trusted banks or via Google Checkout.   Whichever method that you choose, no one at thedeserttrader.com will see your credit card number or cvc security number.

Will my garments all arrive in one parcel?
In most cases, yes, but with larger orders we sometimes ship in multiple parcels.   This is to ensure a more speedy delivery.
     

What happens if I don't like any of the garments or they don't fit?
You can return any garments within seven days of receiving them, but they must be returned in perfect condition and exactly as you received them, complete with any labels.   We will exchange or refund without hesitation if you comply.   We ask you to pay the cost of return to us, but we will pay the cost of sending you any replacement garments.   We will, of course, replace or refund against any faulty garment and reimburse your return postage costs.    This does not affect your statutory rights.
